Melissa Heckman is the Principal of Heckman Architectural Specialties. Melissa started her career as an architectural sales representative at Patterson-Case Associates after graduating from The Ohio State University. (O-H!) In 2010, Melissa joined the BWA South team as a territory manager and later became Director of Architectural Sales. In her 20+ years of industry experience, Melissa has developed strong relationships by being customer-focused and results driven. She is committed to adding value and providing win-win resolutions.
Melissa was born and raised in Ohio and currently resides in Lewis Center, OH with her daughter. Melissa enjoys travel, live music, sporting events and spending time with her family. In her spare time, Melissa supports The EHE Foundation, a rare cancer non-profit, through giving and volunteerism. This is a cause that is dear to her heart, and she feels passionately about rare cancer research.
Alana Jeffries is our inside sales contact. With 25 years industry experience in many different capacities, she can help with all aspects of the business for toilet partitions, accessories, lockers and visual display products. Alana's success comes from building relationships with customers and her goal is to provide top notch customer service.
Alana grew up in the south, but Ohio has been her home for 20 years. She and her husband enjoy their time as empty nesters gardening, traveling, going for walks and bike rides, and spending as much time as possible with their sons and extended family.
Troy Greenwell is a U.S. Marine Corp veteran with 15+ years in the construction industry. Troy has been part of every aspect of the industry, from being the owner of I Know A Guy Remodeling, a realtor, project manager, and the majority of that time in outside sales. Troy has worked with distribution, architects, and end-users. He has a passion for building relationships and selling solutions.
Troy was born in Louisville, KY and now resides just south of there in Shepherdsville. He enjoys spending time with his wife Terri and their two pups. On the weekends, you can find him in the garage working on old cars, building furniture, church, or with family and friends.
Steve Favin began his career in the construction industry as a carpenter. Over the years, he has sharpened his knowledge in the industry while working for suppliers, distributors, and manufacturers, including McGraw-Hill Construction Analytics. Accumulating 30+ years of experience in the business, Steve’s recent role was as a National Architectural Representative. This is where he became enthusiastic about understanding architects’ design intent, designing systems, and formatting specifications for the best project outcome. Steve maintains a CDT certification from the Construction Specifications Institute and resides in the Greater Pittsburgh Region. He is a military veteran. Steve enjoys Pittsburgh sports, being creative in the kitchen, and exploring the Laurel Highlands. In his spare time, he helps build awareness about Lyme Disease.
